Dean is a super nice and professional guy. As a contractor who has done my own floors and subcontracted out floors to multiple companies, I would absolutely recommend Dean. We remodeled our kitchen/dining room 7 years ago and had new hardwood floors installed at that time. The flooring company never put a decent finish on to protect it and as a result of two dogs and sliding chairs, it looked terrible. Dean clearly explained his proposal and gave me two choices of the type of finish coat he could provide. The floor was sanded down to the original wood, sealed, one coat of poly and for the final coat I went with the Dura Seal commercial grade finish coat and it looks amazing! Dean communicates well, is prompt and each step of the job was completed exactly the way he said it would be. His man Kyle does a great job, is respectful, and kept me informed of every step of the job. The job was started & completed exactly as discussed. Cabinets and doorways were covered and sealed with plastic and there was no dust from the sanding. I couldn't be happier with their work and highly recommend them. A very professional company!
Dean & Kyle are very neat, punctual and really care about doing a quality job. My kitchen was remodeled back in 2012 with new hardwood installed at that time. I was never really thrilled with the finish that was put on the floor and it really didn't hold up well to foot traffic, chairs and a large dog with heavy paws. Dean's sanded down the floors, re-stained, sealed, put on a coat of polyurethane and returned and applied a coat of Dura Clear. My floors now look fantastic and I'm confident that the sealer, poly and Dura Clear they applied will keep my floor looking good for many years! I highly recommend Dean's Flooring.
I absolutely love my newly refinished hardwood floors! Dean’s Floor Service refinished my living room, dining room, den, hall and stairs. They also installed custom trim. Dean and Kyle listened to what I wanted and their price was competitive. They were always on time, professional and courteous. They even helped me move some furniture at no additional charge. We got our hardwood floors refinished last month and I can’t begin to tell you how much I love them!!! They turned out amazing!!! Dean and Kyle were really nice and understanding. I told them what shades I wanted and they knew what stain would be the best. They work pretty quick too! I would definitely recommend them. Even during the estimate/consult Dean went around and looked at every area and told me the whole process and what they would do to the damaged areas. (Took me so long to post because we had a painter come in the following week and we are finally back in our house. Don’t mind the missing baseboards!)
We've used them twice now and couldn't be happier with the results . Deans a perfectionist! most floor guys leave your home with a thick coat of dust that takes forever to lean. Not these guys. Their machines suck it all up as the do the floors. It's amazing. No mess!
